Effective September 24, 2010, the following application rules to the ICL system will be applied in order to implement the data updates indicated below:
1.) Required Fields - All Closing Protection Letters (Insured Closing Letters) will now require the following information:
a. File Number
c. Property Address (Street, City, State, Zip)
2.) Default Letter Template Changes in Non-Promulgated Letter States - The existing default template, "STG Limitations", will be replaced by the "STG Single Transaction" template for all letters created in the non-promulgated letters states. (Promulgated states are: AR, FL, GA, LA, MO, NJ, NC, OH, PA, TX, VT, VA, WV)
The "STG Limitations" letter can be requested if necessary by contacting the ICL Administrator (email@example.com or 800-729-1902). Please also contact the ICL Administrator with any questions or concerns.
